The upper half of the photo is filled with white and brown cement buildings that look like apartments. On the roof of one is 4 men squatting and looking at the camera.

This photo was taken after a rain storm in 2004. There is a car parked on the street but you can only see the car rooftop in the middle of the picture on the far right hand side.
