- Where to Submit
- Please take the time to carefully read the instructions and submit all requested information. Submissions may be sent either via Email or Snail Mail.

We consider all submissions, but we cannot guarantee all photos submitted will be added to the Photo Gallery. If your photograph is posted, you will be notified using the Email address provided.

- By submitting images I understand that although precautions ware taken, you cannot hold www.TourSaudiArabia.com or the service provider associated with the project responsible if images are taken off the Web Site and/or used by others. In submitting your photographs, you are giving permission for all images to be used on "A Virtual Tour of Saudi Arabia Photo Gallery".
- Image Size and File Formats
- At present any size photo may be submitted. We will resize and optimize the photo for posting: smaller images will be in the Photo Gallery with a hyperlink to a larger images. We are able to work with most file formats but we will post images in the Photo Gallery using jpg or gif file format only. Please, if possible, submit files of at least 500 kb so that a high quality of the photo may be posted. No Zip Files will be accepted.
- Information We Need
- • Caption for the photo
• Approximate date the photo was taken
• Location where the photo was taken
• Your Name and Email address, you may request that your name not be used when the photo is posted but we need to know your name
• Home Page URL (if you want a hyperlink to your site next to the caption or your name)
- Snail Mail
- Photographs submitted by snail mail are scanned for processing. The photos will be returned if you include a self addressed envelope with the needed postage. Great care is taken with your photographs but we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the photograph as a result of the mailing process.
- Photo Copyright when Posted in the Saudi Arabian Photo Gallery
- Photos will be licensed under a Creative Commons License
